Treatment

Osteopathic treatment can help with arthritic pain by identifying causative and contributing factors. Treatment will aim to improve joint mobility, strength and function as well as to reduce pain, occurrence and muscular strains. To help you achieve this we don't just treat the "sore spot" but also relative areas that may be contributing to your pain.

Treatment may include:

  • Massage
  • Stretches
  • Mobilisation
  • Manipulation
  • Dry needling
  • Cupping
  • Taping
  • Postural correction
  • Ergonomic advise
  • Rehabilitation exercises
