What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a hands-on, holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on how the body’s structure and function work together. Osteopaths use gentle manual techniques to assess and treat muscles, joints, nerves and connective tissue, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate. Treatment is tailored to the individual and considers the whole person, not just the area of pain, to improve movement, reduce discomfort and support overall health and wellbeing.
